We are situated near the Fairfax County Parkway and Pohick Road. The Burgoyne Forest West community is conveniently located to the Lorton VRE station, Franconia-Springfield VRE and Metro stations, Springfield Mall and the Springfield Mixing Bowl

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE (FEBRUARY 2026)

Hello,

On behalf of the Burgoyne Forest West HOA, we are hosting a Special Meeting at the Pohick Library on February 19 at 7pm. This meeting will be extremely limited in scope with a full Annual Meeting in the coming months.

We will share the current status of the HOA (finances, delinquencies, and board vacancies) and form an advisory committee to review the current state of the Association and recommend next steps.

A meeting summary will be sent out via email upon request. If we do not reach a quorum at this meeting (10% of homeowners), the Board will be dissolved and a management company will be contacted within 1 month.
